Paris Ruff Cardigan

REDUCED.  Crop cardigan with long sleeves and assymetric ruffle collar appliqued with clusters of beads and sequins, also applied on top of snap closures at front.  The front hem is curved. 

70% new wool with 30% acrylic for washability and shape retention. Ruff is 100% silk.
